◈Definition
MCA21 is the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' electronic filing and master-data portal. All statutory filings — incorporation (SPICe+), annual return (MGT-7), financial statements (AOC-4), director changes (DIR-12), capital changes (SH-7) — are submitted through MCA21. The master data portal allows public lookup of any registered company or LLP by CIN, LLPIN, or name. CorpIntel's data pipeline draws from MCA's public bulk release feeds, which are derived from the same MCA21 backend.
