How fast do you respond to general enquiries?
Within three working days. If you have not heard back, please check your spam folder — our replies sometimes land there — and then escalate by emailing the research desk directly.
How do I report an error on a company or director record?
Use the corrections email (corrections@corpintel.io) and reference the page URL. We prioritise corrections: typical response within two working days. See our corrections policy for details on how errors are handled.
Can I request a company record be removed?
MCA master data is public by law. We cannot remove a record that is accurate and derives from public filings. However, we can and do action legitimate takedown requests for genuine errors, identity-confusion cases, or specific personal information that should not be surfaced. See the corrections page.
Do you cover press enquiries and offer data for stories?
Yes. Email press@corpintel.io with your outlet, deadline, and the angle you are exploring. We can share aggregate data extracts for research stories when the intent is public-interest reporting.
Can I submit a guest piece or contribute to the Research Desk?
We accept occasional pitches from researchers with domain expertise in Indian corporate data, sector analysis, or due-diligence methodology. Email research@corpintel.io with a 150-word pitch and a link to prior published work.
